Practical Products Pty Ltd – Sheet metal with style!

Practical Products is a Perth-based fabricator specialising in custom stainless steel equipment for commercial kitchens. When they needed to move from 2D drafting to a full 3D sheet-metal workflow, they turned to Sofoco and BricsCAD Platinum.

Using BricsCAD's direct 3D modelling and dedicated sheet-metal tools — flange, bend, unfold and flat-pattern export — the team now designs each unit in 3D, generates accurate flat patterns, and sends clean DXF files straight to the laser cutter.
